New at Haft Vadi!!
Description
This class is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to try ballet but never had the chance. We’ll begin by learning basic positions and terminology then build on that foundation to develop strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Ballet is an excellent complement to other dance styles or sports as well as being fun to learn on its own. No experience is necessary to join. All ages and body types are welcome.
*Note: Students should wear soft ballet slippers and flexible clothing that is not too loose and baggy. This will help the teacher make sure everyone is moving in a safe way and prevent injuries.
Classes are ongoing and open to new students.
New time: Saturdays, 3pm to 4:30pm
For more detailed information and registration you can email the teacher directly at larissaloomes@gmail.com.
