The studio is an authentic post-industrial loft located in the warehouse district of downtown Kitchener at:
100 Ahrens Street West, at Victoria

We’re located in the Kitchener warehouse district, directly across from the VIA rail station, very close to the intersection of Victoria and Weber. Downstairs is the sheet music store Opus II.
The studio is on the second floor facing southwest, and boasts lots of natural light and fresh air (and air-conditioning for those days when we have smog instead of air!). The floor is natural wood with a cushy second wood layer, covered finally with FibreFloor for cushioning and warmth for your safety and comfort.
The building is loaded with excellent artists and musicians. Closest to Haft Vadi’s room are a guitar and piano teacher who are often running classes at the same time we are. Relax in the waiting room with music students and parents of music students before your class.
Public transit comes very close to the studio (King Street main line #7, #8 on Margaret is closest, #18 on Weber). The studio is a 5 minute walk from the Grand River Transit terminal, so really, any bus gets you there.
DIRECTIONS FROM 401
Take the HWY-8 W exit- EXIT 278- toward KITCHENER / WATERLOO.
Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 8 W.
Take the HWY-7 E exit toward GUELPH / HWY-85 / WATERLOO.
Merge onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 7 E / CONESTOGA PKWY.
On Conestoga Parkway stay in the right lane (but don’t exit Ottawa Street)
Take the Wellington Street West exit (if you take East by mistake, no big, just u-turn when the road ends)
Turn left on Ahrens Street
The studio is on your left side, just beside the train tracks.
